I collect the following information for bookings:

 

• Names

• Contact details including your email, home address and phone numbers.

• Details of your photoshoot - location, times, those attending.

 

Photographs of you are also collected at your shoot and stored.

 

My website collects cookies to analyse website traffic and performance. You may choose to accept or decline cookies.

 

This website may contain links to other websites. These sites will have their own policies and we have no control of these once you leave this website.

 

 

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

 

The personal information we process is provided to us through direct interactions when you email for quotes and bookings. Personal information may also be provided by you via zoom meetings or face to face meetings about your booking.

We use the information that you have given us in order to deliver the service requested. We may use photographs for marketing purposes for Eve Conroy Photography.

 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: 

 

(a) We have a contractual obligation. This includes quotations.

 

 

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. 

Your images are stored on password protected devices for a minimum of 2 years after your photoshoot. 

Your contact details are stored in your signed contract on password protected devices. These contracts are kept for tax purposes for a minimum of 5 years.

Image galleries are uploaded to a third party website provider into your password protected gallery. This password will only be supplied to you and it is your responsibility to only supply this to trusted parties.

Images may be used for marketing purposes for Eve Conroy Photography.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
